Bingo Vocabulary:
Goal: Practice the sounds of the letters and everyday vocabulary.
Instructions:
Each student draws a square divided into 9 smaller squares.
Place 9 different letters from the English alphabet, one in each square, for instance:
The teacher calls out a letter for instance: A as in the word animal, U as in uniform etc.
The first student to have all 9 letters called out shouts Bingo.
To check, the student now does the same as the teacher just did use his own words, A as in the word apple, U as in unicorn…
You can take as many rounds as possible, and the number of participants can vary.
