Step 1: Login (top right corner of your screen).
Step 2: Press <Wiki> to open submenu and then select <Create a Wiki Page> or follow this link.
Adding wiki entries consists of 2 main parts: adding the description text AND entering the categories. Both parts are equally important and need to be undertaken for every wiki entry.
