project-based learning

Project-based learning is an approach that helps students to work on projects, starting by posing a question, of their own interests and needs with other peers to share and exhange ideas and responsibility for reaching a common goal.

Project Based Learning "Project-based learning provides students with the opportunity to bring together knowledge-based skills from a number of subject areas and apply them to real-life problems. It also helps to reinforce existing knowledge and provides a context to the theory" (Fry, H., Ketteridge, S. & Marshall (Eds. 2009).
